Shipping policy

We ship using New Zealand Post.

Orders will be processed by us on the next business day.

Items are generally sent by tracked courier post. Delivery times will vary depending on whether the item is being sent to an urban or rural address, and NZ Post's own time frames. 

Rural delivery costs us more and as such we will utilise the shipping option that is most cost effective for us given the shipping charge you have paid. 

If you need to receive an order urgently and are willing to meet the additional courier cost, particularly where rural delivery is involved, then please phone us and we'll see if we can find a faster way to get it to you.
