Q. Do you have a physical store? What are your hours?

Yes - Frip Vintage is located at 70 Victoria Street, opposite the central library in the Wellington CBD. 

We are open 10-6 weekdays, 10-4 Saturdays and 11-3 Sundays. Sometimes we'll be open a bit later if there are events on in the city - call or text us on 021 920 418 if you want to check. 

Q. Is everything online also in store - can I come try on items on the website? 

Some of the products we show online are being cared for in our warehouse and may not be available in store. If you want to check then give us a call on 021 920 418 - in some situations we may also be able to arrange to bring the item into the store for you to try. 

Q. What is your shipping and refund policy?

We offer free shipping on orders over $120. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more details. 

We will refund items bought online for store credit. While we get started, we are offering store credit should you decide you are not happy with any item you buy online. Our aim is to build your confidence in our product and the honest descriptions and photos we are trying to provide online.
